Just had a search through uk.media.dvd and can't find any mention of Mitsui
at all (!) it's probably one of the generic rebadged jobs.... I would be
inclined to take it back and get another one. If you have the same problem
with the second one, have them swap it for a different model of player.
Possibly take in a couple of discs that you know the counter settings of
the glitches and test it out on their display model....?
