Firstly, according to Ido Bartana's website, dimming to 0% still uses about
20-25% of the power used at 100%, so diming to 0 isn't really a good idea.

The LD11's (or LD10's with LD11 software - go figure) will dim up to 20%.
They also have "memory dim", whereby when you issue them with an
ON they
will dim up to the last dim level before they were issued the OFF command.
