No...from what I hear it's hard coded into the unit and not accessible.

Yep.  I think Philips are wrong here.  They will make people over here buy
the US model (unless they want the additional RAM - from what Mike has told
me it won't be possible to free up the RAM in the US one as you can't
delete
the codes you don't use)
