I guess you could have more than one OS choice if you run more than one PC?

You can take a look at the Questionnaire at

The final study will involve 2 questionnaires, one for people with a
technical job, and one for those in a non-technical job. The questions will
be the same, but it will help show the difference between the two types.

Let me know if you want any additions to it, especially for the suppliers
question.
