NTL just installed in my Fathers house on Friday. His newly built house had
Coax and Phones to all the rooms and NTL replaced the cable with their own
RG6 cable. He said it was hastle but that if they didn't replace it then,
if
there were any problems, a supervisor would 'Fail' the install.
BT on the other hand thought that he was moving from his new house back to
his old one and cut the phone off on Thursday! It has only started working
this morning. The NTL install was clean and easy and the guys didn't put a
grey box on the front of the house 'as it would not look good' .
BT: 1 Point
NTL: 9 points
