Finally got around to starting this project, it took about 5 hours, the
finished board is pictured below, I build the receiver and transmitter on
the same board and will separate them once its all working and tested. I'm
having some problems with the unit receiving IR commands (it doesn't) but
there's still a couple of things to check.
