[OT]Proxy Software with multiple dialup numbers

I use Proxy+ software for Internet sharing/house mail server/intranet
server. I also use Demon as my ISP. Demon have recently introduced
two low cost dial-up numbers. One is only valid off-peak, the other is
valid all the time, but is twice as expensive as the first during off
peak times! There is a way around this, but it involves paying Demon
more money!

The Proxy+ dialer uses a Windows Internet connection. It accepts
alternate phone numbers to call but simply cycles through these on each
call, so if it connects the first time on the first number, it will use
the second number on a subsequent dial. There's no way to set time
validity on these numbers.

This is very inconvenient. SWMBO is on maternity leave at the moment
and likes to do a bit of surfing and send a few emails during the day,
but is not up to the task of reconfiguring the dial information in
Proxy+, depending on the time of day!

Anybody know of any software that I could replace Proxy+ with to solve
this?

Thanks

Nick
