The version of it that I heard was that you wouldn't be able to skip ads on
playback if the advertiser had paid a bit more, which sounds more plausible
to my cynical mind... but I'm not sure which, if either, is right!  It
would be nice if it could skip ads, but I can't see that going down well
with any advertisers!
