Welcome aboard :-)

This is a normal effect if the lamp rating is too low.

What you are seeing is the leakage current through the bulbs that is
neccesary for the wall switch to operate. The Wall switch is in series with
the live wire to the bulb and some current must flow at all times for the
switch to function.

With Lamp modules this isnt the case as they have a connection to neutral
so
derive their power supply directly from the mains.

I would guess that you have VERY low wattage lamps connected to the wall
switches in question.

I observed the same effect last year when I replaced the normal 60W bulb in
a room with a set of Christmas Lights rated at about 20W.

Try fitting a larger bulb in the lampholder and the effect will be much
less
noticable if at all.
