I've not used them, but the visonic RF modules might do the job?  They
might need additional relays to switch the power, and I'm not sure if they
can be constantly powered from 12V (they probably can, being a security
thing), but it's worth a look.  They're on the comfort website
http://www.comfort.org.uk, and
probably elsewhere.

Alternatively, have a look at http://www.rfsolutions.co.uk ,
http://www.radiometrix.co.uk . 
If they don't sell an appropriate solution,
there are probably pointers to someone who does.
