Not yet, but someone is working on it... The Sharp IS1U60, available from
RS, should do the job.  Biggest difference is a 22k pullup instead of 100k,
so you won't be able to parallel so many of them without creating problems.

And another boo-boo, which I noticed when building a transmitter from the
schematic... pin 8 needs to be connected to 12V or it will all be _very_
quiet :-)

The schematic has been updated with the other correction I mentioned
though- in a couple of months it might actually be correct... sorry.
