MS13A... Trigger next Unitcode...

Hi,
I remember seeing somewhere that the MS13A would trigger the next unit code
(ie if the MS13A was set to A1 it would also trigger A2). I've got a couple
of questions regarding this:
1. Is it true...?
2. If the unit code was set to 16 (eg A16) would it trigger B1? or
nothing?
3. What about P16?
