I'm not electrical wizz - in fact double check everything I say regarding
electricity!! but couldn't you un solder the connections to the 'buzzer'
and
attach the powerflash instead? so that when the doorbell is pressed it
causes contact on the powerflash and sends a signal over X10...

Would this work...anyone?
