I agree completely with what you say. I was involved in a Telecom start up
there a couple of years ago now and we could not get local staff because
they all had jobs...
I know that the company flew 2 NT desk top support guys back and forth
every week, business class, for the year I was there because of the staff
problems.

I'll tell you this for nothing... Holland has a really big unemployment
problem.. the problem is that there aren't enough people unemployed. I
don't
say this to be nasty, what I mean is that there are more jobs available
than
applicants. Anyone with any IT skills should be able to get a job here with
no problem particularly networking, NT admin, Support etc. It's not just
IT - if you're a builder too.. most of the builders I've seen/heard are
clearly English.
