Tenuous HA link, but I recall discussion of this a few months back- it
seems to be launched now, with no charge for the service until September
(but you still have to pay for Call Waiting and diversion charges of
incoming calls, AIUI)

(In summary, if someone calls when you are on the phone, it diverts the
call to a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system so you can talk to
them without hanging up your internet call)
