Bummer!

I take it you have already checked TBO (The ****ding Obvious!)
- Disable the parallel port if your not using it (free's IRQ 7)
- Disable any unused ATA controller channels (may free IRQ 13 or 14)
- Enable IRQ steering if your PCI cards support it to allow all PCI cards

share 1 single IRQ (which I think is usually IRQ 11??)
- Do you REALLY need a soundcard in a server?
- Are there any ISA cards you could upgrade to PCI ones? this may free up

IRQ if the new PCI card can share as mentioned above...
