I don't understand your new use - I just pick up the bathroom phone ;-)

What was wrong with my reed switch under the bath + magnetic plug idea? I
was quite pleased with that bit of inspired thought. All the wiring lives
under the bath which is easy to get to if you have removeable panels on the
bath. There's no customisation or modification of the bath itself required,
and no danger of shock.

I've even thought of use to make it worth me doing myself - get Comfort to
answer the phone immediately if I'm in the bath and there's been no
movement
from no-one else in the house for x minutes...
