Mount a reed switch under the bath, and fit a magnet to the plug. Start a
timer when the reed switch closes and automate calling an ambulance/plumber
if it stays closed for more than an hour or two...
How do you plan raising the temperature quickly enough to be any use?
Fan/convector heater?
