Yes, as long as it's not double glazed.

Either get a glazier to do it or get a DIY manual (Readers Digest and
Collins are both good and IIRC both have glass cutting instructions) and
DIY, with a glazier's number ot hand in case it goes wrong...

In summary, you score a circle with a glass cutter, then crisscross it with
scores, and break out lots of small bits.
