Cheap colour camera

Don't laugh, but I've just been watching QVC (what else is on at 08:00 on a
Saturday morning!!)

They have as "todays special value" a Voltek colour PIR operated
camera kit
for just £69.95. - I've just watched the presenter waffle on for nearly an
hour about it!

(it actually looks quite good though!) - it has a little keypad which sits
on top of the TV, to allow you to disable the automatic scart switching
(which can be very annoying if you're watching Star Trek!!) The keypad unit
also contains an LED which illuminates when the cameras PIR is tripped, so
even with scart switching turned off, you can still be aware of movement in
the cameras field of view. and lastly, the keypad also contains a buzzer
which also sounds when the PIR is tripped, (the buzzer is switchable as
well)

It has a built in PIR, built in mic. 20m of cable, mini-din connectors,
Scart connection to TV, power supply, and keypad/buzzer/LED unit all
included. Quoted resolution is 300 lines, and quoted field of view is 260
degrees. It's also stated to be fully weatherproof. (and its black)

a 4-camera switcher is also available for £45
