Download that, and set your server as one of the EFNET servers, for
example efnet.demon.co.uk. I think mirc has a big list of them built
in, but if not you can get a list from www.efnet.org.
Then once it's running, you just need to "\join #ukha", or
whatever
the Windows equivalent is ;).
