I don't get Caller ID info - I get a serial feed from the Omnicom PBX
that lists incoming (with no CID) and outgoing (with dialled number).
It's designed to directly drive a serial printer but I just feed it into
a serial port on the HA server. Then, it's just a small VB app that puts
the details in a scrolling list. Enough info??
