I use the totally excellent LookC Pro from ATM Ltd (www.atmltd.co.uk).
It's a fantastic card for security apps, but may be a little expensive
for what you're after.
I noticed in last month's CPC special offers they had another quad input
BT848 based video capture card for about 30 quid - the offer's probably
expired, but you can probably find the card in their main catalogue
at aobut a fiver more. (www.cpc.co.uk if you don't know about CPC).
