Secondly I am considering registering some domains with UK2NET.(only 2.50 .uk or 12.50 .com) has anyone used them. The reason I am asking their credit card form does not appear secure.

Is it in a frame? If so, IE doesn't show the secure icon. Right click and look at the page's properties - the certificate should appear there.
