Yep, sure, I know what you mean.... When I said I had considered underfloor
mounting, I had actually thought about what you are referring to here - not
the transducer type thing - I hadn't even heard of it then...

Have you seen the armchair that some MAD ECCENTRIC bloke built a mini
engine
into?? - he could drive his armchair to the pub!! - COOL eh?

Actually, now I think of it, I remember one of the games console makers
doing something similar a few years ago - can't be sure, but I think it was
Sega. They made a chair specially for sitting in to play their console - it
had rests & mounting points for control pads/steering wheel, built-in
pedals, AND a "Rumble-Pack" (TM) built into the base of the
chair....
