Erm, dunno. Probably. It needs a bit of work to do select by region,
and the page is about 4 times bigger than it needs to be as for some
reason everything is getting url escaped. Also the database is built
on the fly each time, which really spanks my machine - I really ought
to be tieing it to a dbm on disc.

Even if it proves unfeasible to host it here, I can always make the
script available.
