Which grounds?  The video ground from both cameras, or the video ground and
speaker ground from each camera?  Or everything?  Where do you need to
common them?  At the camera end or the display end?

Possibly, it depends on the cable you use, the circuits at each end, and
the length and route that the cable takes.  It might have no obvious
effect, or you might get unacceptable buzzes or picture interference.

There are a variety of solutions available if there are problems, depending
on what the problem is... how are you planning to connect them up?

Frying anything is _very_ unlikely, if I have understood your planned
setup.  I would expect worst case would be buzz on the audio or ripples on
the video.  Best approach is probably to try it, before cable is installed,
with cable run roughly where it will be finally fitted, then come back with
details of any problems and a drawing of the setup, and we can probably fix
it.

If you want a 'works first time' solution (more cost, less thinking), fit
isolating transformers to the audio and video at both ends and connect the
cable screen to earth at the display end- that shouldn't leave too much
potential for problems...
