Anyone done anything around Wireless LANs?

I've investigated a couple of products such as Diamond's HomeFree and
WebGear Aviator (not sure you can get that in this country).

I'm not after masses of bandwidth and I don't need to use it to share
Internet connections, I just need it for remote comms between one PC and
another at the other end of the house. I don't have the option of
installing a full structured cabling infrastructure (or even a length of
twisted pair!).

Any views gratefully received.

Cheers

Andy
