You need a 3Com OfficeConnect Lan Modem.

That will gove you 8 hub ports and ISDN access.  Its acts as a DHCP server
for all your PC's and uses a standard dial up account with your ISP.

You do not need to dial up each time you go on, it happens automatically,
the ISDN line is only up for the periodd you are actually sending /
receiving info from the net.

I've been using one for the past 2 years, its great.
