I am new to the world of I am automation

Does anyone have any good ideas or solutions on how I can automate 2
way lighting?

I am not in a position to add a lot of new wiring having looked around
various sites I cannot see any to way switches.

Has anyone seen a 240v relay that could act as an intermediate switch
in the same way that intermediate switch could be put in the middle of
a normal two-way lighting circuit.

I had love to have your ideas
