No, no, look what you really want is a boiler tank style device
(preferably=
hidden) with just the 'kettle' tap sticking out of the wall. The boiler=
tank would have a thermostat and a direct connection to your cold water=
supply, keeping the water in the kettle at a constant 100 degrees.
