Try plumbing suppliers- danfoss, honeywell etc make motorised valves and
solenoids for electrically controlled water systems (like central heating).
Some of them might produce RF controlled ones and/or outside ones- your
local plumbing suppliers might even be able to help...

All the valves I have seen use a 24V supply- I presume you have mains
electricity available.
