Ahh, I wish!!

No, it's merely that I'm still not very far down the VERY LONG road of
re-furbishing my house, and so have replaced only two of the carpets so
far,
the others being, as far as I am concerned, of utterly no value whatsoever
-
they're HORRIBLE!! - very 1970's (read lots of brown and BRIGHT ORANGE!) -
which is when the house was last decorated by the previous owners...

Trouble is, I keep spending all the cash on the "toys" to put in
the house,
rather than the carpets! - I've got away with it so far, but I'm sure the
wife will get wise to this pretty soon!! - latest
"carpet substitute" was the near £600-odd on the Comfort alarm
system a few
weeks ago (and probably as much again for professional installation)

Oh well, make hay while the sun shines, I say...
