What you do need is 2 DNS servers to host the lookup records. And there
are a few free ones around.
All you need to know is the ip address of the server and the directory
path to your site.
I worked it out by the way... 118 people would be needed to register
with Nominet and get a domain name for a tenner. If you had 10 people,
it would be 63.75 for the joining and registration fee....just in case
you were losing sleep over it :)
