Hi all,

Following Nigels suggestions earlier (we took them off-line - didn't want
to
bore the list with my private little saga!!)

I Have forwarded Dominic Hogans message to the following:

UKHA list,
Comfort list,
What HiFi Editorial staff,
What HiFi chat page, (posted on their website, for all to see)
Sony UK,
London Borough of Waltham Forest Trading standards department,
BBC's Watchdog programme.

I've kept Mr. Hogan informed of the status as I progressed through these
various avenues, but he hasn't seen fit to reply to me, nor has he, I
notice, seen fit to attempt to post anything to this list (as he
threatened).

I therefore conclude that Mr. Hogans threats are empty, meaningless, and
without foundation (much like his company really...)

Lets hope that that's an end to it!...

Regards all.

Paul Gordon.
