Thanks guys,

Mission accomplished.

I have just been putting an AD10 to control the water heater and have
discovered a serious fire risk, the existing wiring has burnt it's
sheathing off completely within the immersion heater cap, 240V bare
wires in a tight space, I dread to think of the consequences. Ah well
time to buy a new element and thermostat, not to mention fresh wiring.
Do the jobs never end.

The Joys of buying a house.............
