Sorry, I should have made that clear.  All the ones I have seen are 240V
rated.  I wouldn't expect they are designed particularly as doorbell
switches, as there are other mains items requiring single presses (curtain
openers, projection screens etc).

Nor would I, with a quick look through RS, most ranges seem to be available
as 'press' marked.
