ISTR MK do them, probably most other suppliers too, usually available with
'press' or a bell symbol printed on them (the former is probably quite
useful to stop people getting confused!).  Any good electrical distributor
should have them.

I would expect they are also available in modular systems (like MK GridPlus
or whatever it's called this week...) so you can have as many switches as
you like on one plate, as long as it's big enough ;-)
