FYI:

I have used Scan in the past, and have found them thus far to be
completely reliable, and in all respects would not hesitate to use them
again, or recommend them to users of this list. (I am also in NO way
connected to them).

In fact, just yesterday I ordered a PCI TV card, that can display 4
channels at once in a 4-way split screen display, and comes complete
with an IR receiver "pod" on a flylead, and a handheld remote
control
unit. It also does still and video caputure to AVI's, and has
videoconferencing capabilities. All this for just £58 including VAT &
delivery. (it was also from yesterdays "today only" page)

Even more intersting though, is on Yesterdays "today only" page,
they
were selling the Pioneer 606d DVD player (unrestricted) for just £339 +
VAT... - This was a "What home cinema" mag best buy (according to
Scan)

Delivery from Scan is normally next day, in fact, the last time I
ordered from them, I placed my order at 14:00 one afternoon, and the
delivery was waiting for me on my office desk when I arrived at work the
following morning!!

I would certainly recommend that users of this list bookmark Scan, and
check out their "today only" page every day - I certainly do!!

Regards 'all

Paul Gordon.
