And there was me thinking that the advantage of X10 was to prevent me from
having to pull up floorboards. ;-)

Heck, if I had to do that above my lounge, I would have to dismantle my
king
size bed, tear up the carpet, and pull up most of the whole bedroom floor
including part of the landing.  Days work at least!
