Sorry for the delay! The OCX I downloaded works wonderfully with VB, and
as far as I know, should work with C/C++...

It's called HomeSeer and is freeware so long as it's for personal use or
a freeware application. You can download it from http://www.keware.com
Alternatively, I've uploaded it to the ukha_d vault as
\Development\X10_OCX.zip on eGroups.

It's only a 39kb file though, so I can email it to anyone that wants it.
