A bit more info- the service will use a new range of numbers (probably
0808), but it is very unlikely that ISPs will get a 'kickback', so no
incentive for free ISP accounts, and until some of them announce their
prices and any restrictions for connections on these numbers, it's hard to
say if it will be cheaper or not.  Certainly looks interesting though!
