There are a number of SMS messaging programs around. You could start off
with a look at http://www.smi-group.co.uk/sms-gateways/
- they have details
of various SMS gateways and some links to SMS software. There are various
others about in the UK- have a hunt through the uk.telecom.mobile usenet
archives at www.deja.com. There's even a free SMS-fax and SMS-email
gateway out there, which is occasionally useful ;-)
