good voice modem software.

Does anyone know of any decent voice/fax modem software that can dial out
and forward messages else where or has remote access or supports caller id
(such as by dialing 1471 and recording the response etc)....
I want to get something a bit more sophisticated than the supervoice that
seems to get bundled with every modem I buy..
The sort of things i'd like it to do is phone my mobile with the message it
gets, or sms me that I've got a message, you get the idea..
