Yup ATI are right, YOU CANNOT USE A ATI AIW RADION VIDEO CARD WITH TERMINAL
SERVICES RUNNING!
Bollocks!

I will see what ATI have to say!

I have installed the following:-
DirectX 8.1
Video update dx80bda.exe, says it installed satis,
ATI drivers w2k_radeon_5_13_01_3276.exe.

I have been looking around the ATI site and have been filling in a customer
response/technical support form, well written BTW, and one of the lines
says
you cannot run Terminal Services on the same machine as ATI AIW cards? if
this is so they will be getting the card returned!

I might try uninstalling TS to see what happens?

The video update is only for dx8.0, i think dx8.1 already has it built in.

What version of ATI drivers are you using? Did you download the current
version from the ATI website?
