Based on feedback from the group I bought this lot..

Orinoco silver PCMCIA http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=OR_848441499
(actually got one second hand but this is a good price)
and a PCMCIA Expansion Jkt for iPaq from www.dabs.com
I'm very happy indeed with this combo.
