Thanks everyone

I am still waiting to receive the offer in writing, but I will accept
and probably start in 2 weeks time.

Unfortunately this means I am no longer on contract rates so I can't see
any toy buying for a long time. Luckily I got most of my HA stuff last
year even if it is not all fitted yet. Time permitting, I will continue
to do websites for a bit of extra cash, but I don't think I will return
to full independence for a long time. This past 10 months has not been
very pleasant at all and I can only wish the best of luck to the others
on this list who are out of work at the moment.

By the way, in case anyone is thinking of it, now is not the time to get
into IT contracting, the market has never been so bad and it looks like
getting worse before it gets better.
