Event id 6006 is simple - it is the Event log service stopping. When
you shut down Windows, this is done by default, so if you clear the
event log before restarting you will always get this at/near the top
of the event log.
Event id 7022 is a little less specific. This message indicates that
a specific service attempted to start but hung. It is a Service
Control Manager message and not a message from the application or
service that did not start. Look for more errors from the application
or service itself in order to troubleshoot this problem. The message
will contain a service name: the <service name> service hung on
starting. Check for more errors derived from the service...
If you can, it might help to post here or email me the whole text for
7022.
