Hmm, my HH letter has a drop from £35 to £26 pm and a drop in inclusive
calls from £10 to £5 pm. I have no idea when they dropped the inclusive
call
allowance from £15 to £10 in order to make this latest change!

It also offers a whopping £1 off pm if I change to Monthly Payment plan or
Direct Debit. Kinda hard since I am already on direct debit :)
