I don't know but suspect you'll struggle to find one. I'd suggest
making it up yourself or if you don't have any soldering kit/skills, to
find someone to do it for you.

Some places you could try are:

www.cpc.co.uk
www.keene.co.uk

There are also places that will make custom cables for you but you'd need
to Google for these.
